If you believe there is a fault with any of your products (s) you purchased from the goalkeeperglovesforsale store please forward your products(s) to our headquarters address below and depending on your requirements Just4keepers will either replace or refund you products(s).


Any returns MUST still be in same new packaging. If there is any damage to the packaging no refund or replacement will be given.

Once receiving a returned item an experienced member of our staff will check to see if the product(s) has a factory fault (If this is the case a refund or replacement will be sent at J4K’s cost). If J4K find this fault is either wear and tear, and or misuse from the customer (In this case no refund or replacement will be sent. We will also email our reason why we came to this decision).

If you want your product (s) returned, you will have to forward further postage costs before we can send out again.

What happens if you are not home when your delivery comes?

If you are not home Royal Mail will leave a note explaining where your products(s) are stored for a period of time. (This is normally the local sorting office nearest you.)

If you do not pick up your products(s), your products(s) are delivered back the below address:

We will then contact you and ask for further P+P costs to resend your products(s).

Please Note: We cannot send your item until further postage is paid as this is not our fault you did not collect your products(s).

If you ask for a refund at this stage as long as the products(s)and packaging are as new, we will refund your monies minus our original P+P costs, plus a further £5 charge for our time refunding your monies. This cost also includes the additional postage we incurred refunded you.
